Our Head Chef is passionate about locally sourced ingredients. He creates exceptionally creative dishes alongside a selection of traditional pub classics. By changing our menus regularly we showcase local produce at their freshest and give you a true taste of the British countryside.
The salads we use are freshly picked-to-order from nearby Secretts Farm, the fish is line caught on day boats by the Flying Fish Seafoods, and the free-range pork comes from the happy pigs that have been truffling around Edolphs Farm, just down the road. We are grateful that the relationships we have with all our local producers help us champion sustainable, responsibly sourced, ingredients.
